The device has a terminal comprising one actuator that makes the terminal to emulate an active contact over a first demarcated zone of a touch screen (10). First converter is connected to the terminal allowing the conversion of digital data into a sequence of commands intended for the terminal, where the terminal transfers digital data to the device by generating a sequence of active contacts when the terminal is placed on the touch screen. The actuator comprises unit to locally vary the charge of a capacitive touch screen. The actuators define the points of perimeter of the first zone. An independent claim is also included for a communication system.
