ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM AND THE SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to have excellent reliability and to be quickly cured by containing a fluorene-based phenoxy resin and fluorene-based acrylate. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film contains a fluorene-based phenoxy resin-included phenoxy resin; and a radical polymerizable resin with a fluorene-based acrylate. The adhesion in the condition of 160°C, 3 MPa, 5 seconds is 700 gf/cm or more. The storage elasticity after 90% curing is 1000 MPa or more. A semiconductor device includes a wiring board, an anisotropically conductive film attached to the chip-mounting side of the wiring board, and a semiconductor chip mounted on the anisotropic conductive film.
