PURPOSE: A silicone gel composition is provided to be a silicon-in-water type and be easily applied to a personal care compostion. CONSTITUTION: A silicone gel composition comprises 10-40 weight% of a dimethicone /vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer silica powder, 10-50 weight% of a cyclomethicone, 5-20 weight% of a dipropylene glycol, 5-20 weight% of glycerine, 5-30 weight% of butylene glycol, and 10-20 weight% of water. A manufacturing method of a silicon-containing spherical particle comprises a step of adding 10-40 parts by weight of water into the 100 parts by weight of the silicone gel composition and emulsifying the mixture; a step of adding 0.01-5 parts by weight of a polymer capsulating agent to the emulsion, stirring the mixture; and a step of dropping the mixture to the polyvalent cation salt aqueous solution. |
