PURPOSE: A hybrid welding method of a thick steel plate is provided to reduce a welding work man hour, and to make deformation amount of a welding unit small. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid welding method of a thick steel plate comprises the following steps: a surface groove of a V-type, a rear side groove of a V-type, and a root face are processed about a thick steel plate; any one welding between a laser welding of one time or two times, or a gas metal arc-laser hybrid welding is performed through a surface groove about a root face; a submered arc welding is performed about the surface groove; a submered arc welding is performed about the rear side groove; an improvement angle of the surface groove is 15-25°; and an improvement angle of the rear side groove is 20-30°. |
