<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nucleic acid-delivering means by which the nucleic acid can be efficiently delivered to the interior of a biological cell even by a simple administration such as oral administration. <P>SOLUTION: The particle for delivering a plasmid is a cyanoacrylate polymer particle including the plasmid. The particle is preferably produced by anion polymerization of a cyanoacylate monomer in the coexistence of the cyanoacrylate monomer, saccharides and the plasmid. The particle can efficiently deliver the plasmid even by the oral administration. The particle can be produced from a material having compatibility with the human body, and thereby has high safety to the human body.
