PURPOSE: A base assembly and a recording disk operating device including the same are provided to reduce the transformation of a press base through the elastic support unit formed by boring processing. CONSTITUTION: A base assembly (100) includes a bracket device (120) and a press base (140). The bracket device is connected with a head stack assembly (220) to operate the assembly and includes an elastic member (124) with a terminal (122) connected with a main circuit substrate (240). The bracket device includes a quadrilateral plate (121), a terminal protruding from a bottom surface of the plate, and a connection unit (126) connected with the head stack assembly by being extended from the plate and the elastic member around the terminal. The press base is formed by press pressing and an opening for the elastic member is formed.
