PURPOSE: A device for lifting a power transmission steel tower is provided to assemble exiting steel tower members without hindering when measuring an existing steel tower. CONSTITUTION: A device for lifting a power transmission steel tower comprises a post (100) and a support part (200). The length of the post varies and is equipped in between upper and lower power transmission steel towers. The post comprises a housing (110) and a shaft (120). The shaft is axially inserted into the housing to be forcibly accessed through hydraulic fluid. The exposed length of the shaft to the outside of the housing varies. The support part comprises first and second clamp members (210,220) and a restrainer (300). The support part restrains the post varied in length.
