PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to improve luminous intensity by forming a second layer including fluorescent particles on a first layer made of a transparent material. CONSTITUTION: A body includes a first and a second lead frame. A cavity is formed on the first and the second lead frame. A resin (16) is formed on a first layer (17) and a second layer (18). The first layer is made of a transparent material. A second layer includes the transparent material and first fluorescent particles.
