PURPOSE: A contact-type fixing device of a waterproof member for a tunnel and a waterproof member construction method using the same are provided to minimize the separated distance between a shotcrete surface and a waterproof member by reinforcing a leg part to prevent the leg part from sagging. CONSTITUTION: A contact-type fixing device of a waterproof member for a tunnel comprises a support reinforcement plate integrated with a circular central part (300) and a three-leg part (400). The top of the circular central part is opened. The bottom of the circular central part is closed using a contact surface plate. A circumference plate covers a gap between the top and bottom of the circular central part. Each leg of the three-leg part is spread at an angle of 120° from each other. A connection reinforcement rod (450) is formed in the inner side of the three-leg part. A space part (452) is formed in between the circular central part and connection reinforcement rod. A Velcro fastener (500) is attached to the three-leg part.
