ANTI VIBRATION SYSTEM FOR A MACHINE TOOL

PURPOSE: A vibration dampener system of a machine tool is provided to obtain optimal efficiency by applying a cartridge in a proper shape according to a tapered shape through installing the cartridge in a vibration dampener with a removable structure. CONSTITUTION: A vibration dampener system of a machine tool comprises a main body (100) of a vibration dampener, a rotary support unit (200), and a ring shaped cartridge (300). The main body is movably equipped along a bed of the machine tool. The rotary support unit rotates to the coaxial direction with a main shaft of the machine tool by being equipped on the main body and supports a processed product. The cartridge is detachably connected to the rotary support unit and the center of internal diameter is arranged to the coaxial direction and the main shaft of the machine tool. The internal diameter of the cartridge is narrow to be far from the main shaft of the machine tool and an inner side of the cartridge is adhered to the external diameter of the processed product in a tapered shape with the cross section in a tapered shape.
