PURPOSE: A mold for an optical sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and the optical sheet using the mold are provided to improve the uniformity of light by giving the roughness to a sheet unit of the optical sheet including a lens unit and to remove a hot spot. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture a mold for an optical sheet comprises the steps of; forming a fine pattern layer (220) for the roughness in a base member (210); generating a light control sheet by forming a plurality of lenses in the base member in which the fine pattern layer is formed; forming a sacrificial layer on the light control sheet; electro-forming plating on the sacrificial layer; and generating the mold for the optical sheet by separating the sacrificial layer from the light control sheet.
