PURPOSE: A base assembly and a recording operating device including the same are provided to increase combination force between a press base and a combination member by combining the combination member with the press base through an insertion unit. CONSTITUTION: A base assembly (100) includes a combination member (120) and a press base (140). An insertion hole (H) for a fastening member (S) is formed on the combination member. The combination member is fixed on the press base. A screw unit for the fastening member is formed on the combination member. The press base is formed by press processing and includes an insertion unit (142) for the insertion member in a position corresponding to the insertion hole.
