摘要 PURPOSE: A position sensor is provided to obtain the desired amount of an output without using an expensive rare earth magnet. CONSTITUTION: A position sensor (100) comprises a rotor (110), a plurality of shielding plates (120), an upper magnetic flux collecting ring (130), and a lower magnetic sensor (140). The rotor is rotated with an input shaft to be integrated, and a coil is wound in the circumference of the cylindrical rotor. A plurality of teeth gear (111) is formed on the axial upper part in all directions. A plurality of shielding plates is rotated with the output shaft to be integrated, arranged in the outer side of the rotor at constant intervals in a circumferential direction, and faces the teeth gears respectively. The upper magnetic flux collecting ring, which is fix-arranged on the outer sides of a plurality of shielding plates, includes an upper magnetic flux collecting surface (131) facing a plurality of teeth gears while a plurality of shielding plates are arranged between the teeth gears and the upper magnetic flux collecting ring. The upper magnetic flux collecting ring is not shielded by the shielding plates due to the relative rotation of the rotor and the shielding plates and faces the teeth gears directly, thereby collecting the magnetic fluxes. The lower magnetic collecting ring collects the constant magnetic fluxes from the rotor by being axially spaced from the magnetic flux collecting surface. The magnetic sensor senses the magnetic fluxes generated between the upper and lower magnetic flux collecting rings.
