Method for operating a converter of an assembly for creating electrical energy

The method involves converting output voltage of converter (14) into three phase voltages in coordinate system. The frequency of the voltage of the power supply network (16) is assigned in coordinate system. The instantaneous values are determined from the output voltage in the coordinate system for different switch positions of the converter. The difference between instantaneous value and reference value of the output voltage in the coordinate system is determined. The converter is switched to one of the switch position based on the difference value. An independent claim is included for electric power generating arrangement.
