PURPOSE: A power supply device for a submarine is provided to enable the semi-permanent supply of power when fuel is continuously supplied and to enable the stable supply of high-capacity power. CONSTITUTION: A power supply device for a submarine comprises a fuel cell system (100), a fuel supply system (200), and a battery (300). The fuel cell system receives fuel from the fuel supply system and generates electricity through an electrochemical reaction. The fuel cell system converts the generated electricity into power. The fuel supply system has a fuel tank (201). The battery stores the converted power therein and supplies the power to a required place. The fuel is hydrogen and oxygen.
