PURPOSE: A sanitary device of seats for public transportation is provided to extend lifetime of surface sheets by circulating the surface sheet whenever users take a seat and all surfaces are used. CONSTITUTION: A sanitary device of seats for public transportation comprises a housing unit (100), a surface sheet (200), and a bacteriostatic unit (300). The surface sheet is used for contacting with skin or clothes of users. The bacteriostatic unit is arranged inside the housing unit and sterilizes the surface sheet.
