PURPOSE: A livestock excretion processing apparatus is provided to effectively process livestock excretion and to produce high quality fertilizer by heating dried livestock excretion and mixing wet livestock excretion. CONSTITUTION: A livestock excretion processing apparatus includes a kiln (10), a stirrer (12), an electric heating rod (14), a cover (16), a storage device, an outlet, and a compressor (32). The kiln heats livestock excretion. The stirrer rotates on the center of the kiln and mixes the livestock excretion. The electric heating rod is installed inside the kiln and heats the livestock excretion. The cover is located on the upper side of the kiln. The storage device is located on the upper side of the kiln and stores steam discharged from the livestock excretion. The outlet is located on the lower side of the kiln for collecting the livestock excretion. The compressor is located on the lower side of the kiln and compresses the livestock excretion.
