PURPOSE: A portable air injecting device is provided to repair a damaged tire by using adhesive rubber arranged in the portable air injecting device. CONSTITUTION: A portable air injecting device comprises a cylinder, a body unit (120), a handle unit (140), and an injection unit (160). The cylinder is arranged for injecting air into a bicycle tire. The cylinder is embedded in the body unit. The body unit includes a plurality of lamps (112), a batter supplying power to the lamps, and a switch (124) cutting off a power supply of the battery. The handle unit makes the cylinder reciprocate in the rear side of the cylinder. The injection unit is connected to the tire in front of the cylinder.
