PURPOSE: A compound is provided to function as a hole injection and transfer material; an electron injection and transfer material; and provide an organic light emitting diode with excellent lifetime, efficiency, driving voltage, electrochemical stability, and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula ad-1. In chemical formula 1, X^1 is O or S; X^2 is C or Si; each of Ar^1-AR^4 is a C6-30 aryl or a substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl; each of L^1 and L^2 is a substituted or non-substituted C2-10 alkylene, a substituted or non-substituted C2-10 alkynylene, a substituted or non-substituted C6-30 arylene, or a substituted or non-substituted C2-30 heteroarylene; each of R^1-R^6 is hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or non-substituted C1-10 alkyl, a substituted or non-substituted C6-30 aryl, or a substituted or non-substituted C2-30 heteroaryl; and each of the R^a and R^b is hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or non-substituted silyl, a substituted or non-substituted C4-60 amine, a substituted or non-substituted C6-30 aryl, or a substituted or non-substituted C2-30 hetero aryl.
