PURPOSE: A compound for organic optoelectronic diode is provided to function as a hole-injection and transfer material or an electron-injection and transfer material, thereby providing an organic optoelectronic diode with excellent lifetime, efficiency, electrochemical stability, and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A compound for organic optoelectronic diode is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X^1 is N, B, or P; each of Ar^1 and Ar^2 is respectively substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl group; each of R^1 and R^2 is hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group, or substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 hetero aryl group; each of L^1 to L^4 is a single bond, substituted or unsubstituted C2-10 alkenylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-10 alkynylene group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylene group, or substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroarylene group; and each of n1-n4 is an integer from 0-3.
