摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling an input voltage in an electric furnace are provided to improve productivity by increasing an electric power input speed of an electric furnace. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling an input voltage in an electric furnace comprises a power measurement unit (100), a dynamic control unit (200), and a communication unit (300). The power measurement unit measures an arc voltage and an arc current of the electric furnace. The dynamic control unit regards an arc dynamic impedance (R (n)) calculated through an arc voltage and an arc current measured in the power measurement unit as an arc stability function, and determines whether a state of an arc is stable or not. The communication unit delivers a signal between an external device and the dynamic control unit.
