PURPOSE: A ventilation system for a building is provided to obtain a temperature compensating function when cold air flows into a vent as the vent has a heat insulation property while filtering minute dust and polluted air when outdoor air flows into the vent. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system for a building includes a ventilation unit (20), a control circuit module (40), a sensor unit (50), and a filter member (30). The ventilation unit opens and closes a ventilation passage (10) formed on a lateral wall of the building. The ventilation unit is fitted into the ventilation passage and opens and closes a damper with a magnetic force of an electromagnet (21). The control circuit module supplies or cuts off a current to the electromagnet, thereby driving the electromagnet. The control circuit module controls the intensity of the current being supplied to the electromagnet, thereby controlling the intensity of a magnetic force. The sensor module transmits sensing signals of one among a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and a gas sensor. The filter member is fitted into the ventilation unit to be positioned in an outer side and filters the air flowing into the ventilation unit. [Reference numerals] (AA) Building wall
