<p>A method, system and computer program described herein relate to assessment of maturity of a business process. In one implementation, the method comprises obtaining business objectives of the business process, obtaining performance metrics of the business process based on the business objectives, evaluating a practice maturity score based on practices attributes for a current state of the business process, evaluating a performance maturity score based on performance attributes for the current state of the business process, and analyzing the practice maturity score and the performance maturity score with respect to each other. The practice attributes are based on the business objectives and the performance metrics are at least one from people-related practices, process-related practices, technology Ârelated practices and control-related practices. The performance attributes are based on the practice attributes and are at least one from efficiency-related key performance indicators and effectiveness-related key performance indicators.</p> |
