PURPOSE: A humidifying heat exchanger for a fuel cell is provide to improve heat exchange efficiency by preventing fractures at expansion of tube due to overheating. CONSTITUTION: A humidifying heat exchanger includes a body part (110) having a gas inlet (112) and a gas outlet (114); a first tube (120) which is spirally wound in a longitudinal direction of the body part; a second tube (130) which is spirally wound in a longitudinal direction of the body part and surrounds the first tube; supply parts (142,144) which are installed in the gas outlet, and supply the mixture of fuel and water to the first tube and the second tube; and a discharge part (150) which is located in the gas inlet and discharges the mixture from the first tube and the second tube.
