PURPOSE: A balance weight type scart up-down apparatus is provided to prevent the degradation and the damage of the function of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A balance weight type scart up-down apparatus includes a driver(20) and a weight unit. The driver is connected to a scart(5) for moving the scart upward and downward. The weight unit is installed on the scart for easily moving the scart. The weight unit includes a weight member(48) connected to the front and rear sides of the scart in a lever structure. |
