PURPOSE: A roasting plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to block thermal power of a heating source which is directly delivered on a central part of the roasting plate and to prevent surface corrosion or damage of the roasting plate due to high temperature firing. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate(100) comprises a magnesium layer, an exclusive coating layer, a plurality of coating layers, and heat blocking units(240,240a). The magnesium layer is equipped on a body(110) of the roasting plate. A PEO(Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation) layer is formed on the surface of the magnesium layer. The exclusive coating layer is formed on the PEO layer by one of ceramic coating or fluorine contained polymers coating. The plurality of coating layers is formed by the ceramic coating and the fluorine contained polymers coating. The heat blocking unit includes a hollow unit which is formed in a lower central part(120) of the body. |
