PURPOSE: A method of providing a content searching function, a terminal thereof, and a recording medium are provided to enable screen partitioning for each content search unit and to display the procedure and the result of searching together on one screen. CONSTITUTION: A content searching screen (300) displays multiple content search units (32) and a second content search unit. In a screen partition number storage (202), the number of partitions on the screen by content search unit is stored. If content selection data is inputted to a content search unit data input unit, a search screen partitioning unit checks the number of partitions on the screen and displays the content on the screen.
