PURPOSE: A welding rod recycling device is provided to prevent the waste of resources, to reduce expenses by recycling a welding rod which coating is damaged, and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A welding rod recycling device a welding rod (10), a body (20), an insertion unit (30), an injecting unit (40), and a heating unit. The welding rod is comprised of a metallic rod and a coating covering the surface of the metallic rod. The body includes a supply pipe in inside. The insertion unit is formed inside of the body so that the welding rod which coating is damaged and connected to one end portion of the supply pipe. The injecting unit is arranged in the body for supplying a coating agent to the insertion unit and connected to the other end portion of the supply pipe. The heating unit is arranged inside the body for heating the insertion unit.
