PURPOSE: An electric driving type multipurpose transport vehicle with a drive controlling function according to the rise of a loading box and a drive controlling method according to the rise of the loading box are provided to prevent dangerous situations due to the rise of a loading box by controlling vehicle driving when the loading box is unintentionally lifted while driving. CONSTITUTION: A drive controlling method according to the rise of the loading box of an electric driving type multipurpose transport vehicle comprises the following steps: grasping signal generation related to the rise of a loading box when the loading box is intentionally lifted for a work or is unintentionally lifted during drive; grasping the displacement generation of an accelerator pedal when grasping the signal generation; and limiting vehicle speed increase and shifting into a creep driving mode for low speed driving at a predetermined or lower speed when grasping the generation of the signal and accelerator pedal displacement.
