PURPOSE: A mobile access point (AP) based communication method in a radio communication system and an apparatus for the same are provided to allow a mobile AP to determine whether to move based on location information and interference information, thereby enabling the mobile AP to continuously provide service by the movement thereof. CONSTITUTION: A communication module (410) receives positional information about at least one station (STA) and at least one adjacent AP, and receives interference information from the at least one adjacent AP. A control unit (420) determines whether to move based on the positional information and the interference information. The control unit determines a position to move base on the positional information and the interference information when determining to move. The control unit delivers a moving control including information of the position to move to a moving unit. The moving unit moves a radio apparatus to the position according to the moving control.
