SOLAR CELLS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THE SOLAR CELLS

PURPOSE: A solar cells and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the uniformity of the surface of a tellurium cadmium thin film by using metal powders formed on a window layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode (120) is formed in the upper part of a substrate (110). A window layer (130) is formed in the upper part of a transparent electrode. Metal powders (140) are arranged on the surface of the window layer. A light absorption layer (150) made of tellurium cadmium is formed on the surface of the window layer including the metal powders. A back electrode (160) is formed in the upper part of the light absorption layer.
