PURPOSE: A device for inserting a spring is provided to automate a spring insertion work and prevent an operator from being injured by reducing the work force. CONSTITUTION: A device for inserting a spring comprises a feeder unit, a body block transfer unit(200), a conveying device(300), and a spring insertion unit(400). The body block transfer unit sequentially transfers the body block in order for a plurality of body blocks passes through the insertion position in which the spring is inserted. The conveying device conveys the spring from a standby position of the feeder unit to the insertion position. The spring insertion unit includes an insertion punch and an insertion guide. The insertion guide contacts with both end surfaces of the spring when inserting the spring through the inclined surface and compresses the spring(S). |
