PURPOSE: An intermediate temperature recycled asphalt additive and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve the flexibility of asphaltene and mixing property of the additive to asphalt. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate temperature recycled asphalt additive includes toluenediamine-based polyol. The toluenediamine-based polyol are one or more selected from a group including toluene diamine ethoxylated polyols, toluene diamine propoxylated polyols, and toluene diamine propoxylated/ethoxylated polyols. A manufacturing method of the intermediate temperature recycled asphalt additive includes the following steps of: melting toluenediamine; and reacting the molten toluenediamine with propylene oxide, ethylene oxide, or the mixture of the same using KOH as a reaction catalyst. |
