<p>PURPOSE: A method is provided to alleviate fatigue on eyes and to decrease possibility of errors by placing an input window necessary for user input at the bottom of a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: If a user touches the input position of a character input window (310), a menu asking whether to move the position of a character input part is provided (320). If yes, the coordinates of the input window are recognized (340), and the position of the character input part is moved (350). If no, the character input part is provided at a base position (340). Additional changes in the coordinates of the character input part are available (360). Once the positioning of the character input part is completed (370), the user starts to input characters.
