PURPOSE: A cell culture machine is provided to selectively form a cell layer or a cell colony, to enable long-term culturing, and to continuously change a culture medium using a culture medium discharging unit and a droplet supplier. CONSTITUTION: A cell culture machine (10) comprises: a well (100) which contains a culture medium and provides a space for culturing cells; a thin film (200) which is change the shape and constitutes at least part of the lower portion of the well; a thin film driving device which forms a two-dimensional cell layer or a three-dimensional cell colony by selectively changing the shape of the thin film; a culture medium storage part (110) which is formed at the upper portion of the well and supplies the culture medium; and a culture medium discharging part (400) which is connected to the well and discharges the waste culture medium.
