PURPOSE: A fixing device for an insulation panel installed in a cabin of a ship is provided to easily and stably couple insulation panels to the wall surface of a cabin by installing multiple coupling pins in the insulation panels and the wall surface of the cabin. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for an insulation panel installed in a cabin of a ship comprises coupling pins (10), unexposed fixing members (20), and exposed fixing members (30). The coupling pins are installed on the wall surface (2a) of a cabin of a ship and insulation panels (40) at uniform intervals and couple the insulation panels to the wall surface of the cabin. The unexposed fixing members are installed on the insulation panels and fix the coupling pins. The exposed fixing members are installed on the insulation panels and prevent the coupling pins from being exposed to the outside.
