PURPOSE: A motor base and a hard disk drive including the same are provided to minimize production costs and to improve productivity by simplifying a combination structure between a base and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A hard disk drive (600) includes a motor base (100), a spindle motor (200), and a head operating unit (300) for moving a magnetic head. A base includes a base body (110), an outer wall unit (120), and a fixing unit (130). The base and a cover (500) are combined with holes (101) by using a plurality of screws (501). The outer wall unit is formed by being bent from an end of the base body to an axis direction. The fixing unit is formed on the base body and inserted into a female rail (411) included in a side of a connector unit included in a substrate to fix the substrate. The fixing unit includes a male rail (131) protruding to a side direction of the connection unit. |
