<p>A gas sampling device (11) comprising a high-vacuum tight casing (55) wherein a high-vacuum tight ionization chamber (57) is defined, said chamber communicating with the ambient outside the chamber through a first inlet hole (59) for the gas to be ionised and with the ambient downstream the ionisation chamber through a second outlet hole (61) for the ionised gas, wherein said first hole is separated from the ambient outside the chamber by means of a high-vacuum tight membrane (63) provided with at least one nanohole having a diameter in the order of nanometers, and in that said nanohole (65) develops through the membrane (63) along a substantially rectilinear axis.</p> |
