PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of conductive material and a manufacturing method of large area graphene transparent electrode, which readily use roll-to-roll process to manufacture high-transparent, high conductivity large area graphene transparent electrode, are provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of conductive material comprises following steps. A step of preparing a reduced graphene oxide solution and a conductive macromolecule solution; a step of simultaneously electrospraying said two solutions to an material through each nozzle, using a electrospray evaporation apparatus; and a step of necking the graphene, the conductivity polymer, and the material.
