PURPOSE: An eco-friendly wallpaper composition is provided to make decomposition of starch by microorganism even if the composition is buried as it is by containing starch up to 40 weight%. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly wallpaper composition composed of starch gelatinized with acryl emulsion is produced using 30-60 weigh% of acryl emulsion, 10-40 weight% of starchy, 5-40weight% of filling material, 10-20 weight% of water, 2-5 weight% of titanium oxide, 2-3.5 weight% of foaming material, and 0.04-0.15 weight% of sodium hydroxide. The eco-friendly wall paper composition is produced using 0.5-4 weight% of glycerin; 0.5-4 weight% composed of single composition or two or more of complex among glycerin fatty acid ester; poly glycerin, fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, and propylene glycol fatty acid ester. The filling material is one selected from calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, talc, or silicon and the particle size of the filling material is ranged 5-10 micro meter.
