PURPOSE: An opposition green pellet removal system and a method thereof are provided to enhance sintering quality by reducing the deviation of particle sizes of the pellets and stabilizing the sintering work and to minimize the load on the workers by skipping pellet removal process. CONSTITUTION: An opposition green pellet removal system comprises a separator (200), a grinder (300) and a conveyor belt (400). The separator is installed on the entrance of a pelletizer and selects the opposition green pellets among the green pellets. The grinder is installed on the exit of the separator. The grinder grinds the opposition green pallets into ultrafine particles. The conveyor belt is installed on the exit of the grinder and puts the ultrafine particles into the pelletizer. |
