PURPOSE: An apparatus for culturing holothurian is provided to reduce costs by recycling waste seawater used for cooling a generator without using heating units. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus (10) for culturing holothurian comprises a water bath (100), a seawater filtration unit (200), a first pump (300), a water supply pipe (500), a second pump (600), and a heat exchanger (700). The seawater filtration unit filters seawater which is supplied to the water bath. The second pump supplies seawater from the seawater filtration unit to the water bath through the water supply pipe. The heat exchanger heat-exchanges seawater supplied from the second pump and raises the temperature of seawater. The heat exchanger raises the temperature of seawater by heat-exchanging seawater and waste cooling water.
