PURPOSE: A metal paste composition for forming an electrode is provided to prevent the conductivity of a circuit or electrode from being lowered even if the content of silver is low, to reduce the used amount of expensive silver, and to lower the manufacturing cost of electrical appliance. CONSTITUTION: A metal paste composition for forming an electrode comprises glass frit powder, Ag powder and binder, and further carbon-based material powder. The content of the carbon-based material powder is 20 parts by weight or less based on Ag powder 100.0 parts by weight. The silicon solar cell comprises a silicon semiconductor substrate, an emitter layer formed on the upper part of the substrate, an anti-reflective layer formed on the emitter layer, a front electrode connected to the emitter layer through a reflection barrier layer; and a backside electrode connected to the backside of the substrate. |
