PURPOSE: A carbon nano tube (CNT) field emission light source and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a field emission light source or a display with increased flexibility by making the base films and the anode films with a flexible material as well as employing CNT electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A CNT cathode electrode layer provides a coated cathode film (S10). A gate electrode layer provides a coated insulation film (S20). A spacer film is provided (S30). An anode electrode layer and a fluorescent layer provides a coated anode film (S40). The cathode film and the insulation film are bonded (S50).
