PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light emitting device and a light emitting device using the same are provided to improve electric conductance and thermal conductance by directly depositing graphene on a lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame (10) is prepared. Graphene (20) is deposited on the lead frame. A light emitting device (30) is arranged on the lead frame having the graphene. The lead frame includes first and second lead frames electrically separated from each other. The lead frame includes copper and/or nickel.
