PURPOSE: A power supply and a video display device including the same are provided to reduce noises due to the vibrations of a capacitor by offsetting a feedback frequency with an offsetting frequency. CONSTITUTION: An inductor is serially connected to an input terminal. A wave integrated circuit (152) is connected to the inductor either in series or in parallel. An output terminal (VOUT) outputs a driving voltage transmitted by the wave integrated circuit. A first capacitor group is connected to a first node and a grounding base and is located between them. A second capacitor group is connected to a second node and the grounding base and is located between them. While connected to the first node and the second node, a feedback frequency circuit (154) generates a feedback frequency using the vibration frequencies of the first capacitor group and the second capacitor group.
