PURPOSE: A smart air conditioner of a circulation mode using a thermoelectric element is provided to discharge dry and fresh air by sucking hot and humid air, air around a human body, a smell, harmful substances, and indoor cold air by using the circulation mode. CONSTITUTION: A smart air conditioner of a circulation mode using a thermoelectric element comprises a plurality of suction paths (10), a blower fan (20), a plurality of discharge paths (30), a thermoelectric element, and a filter (60). The suction paths suck the heat of a human body by generating a suction flow around a chair and generate a latent heat loss effect by sucking moisture and a smell. The blower fan receives the sucked substances via the suction paths and transfers the same. The discharge paths discharge air received from the blower fan and are arranged in the center of the chair. The thermoelectric element, which is arranged between the suction paths and the discharge paths, discharges the air of a preset temperature via the discharge paths. The filter is arranged between the suction paths and the discharge paths.
