PURPOSE: A control method for an aquatic living creature culturing system is provided to allow the rapid supply of water having a temperature suitable for tropical aquatic living creatures by raising a water temperature using a pre-heating unit. CONSTITUTION: A control method for an aquatic living creature culturing system (100) comprises water tubs, a main heating unit (140), and an opening-shutting valve (150). The water tubs are arranged to successively accommodate water. The main heating unit controls the temperature of water supplied to the water tubs. The opening-shutting valve is installed in a water tub among the water tubs. Main water tubs (110) comprise auxiliary water tubs (120).
