PURPOSE: A foldable optical device is provided to enable a portable telescope or an optical device for play to be folded. CONSTITUTION: A foldable optical device comprises a eyepiece frame body (1) which includes an ocular support bar having a specific length of the distance between both eyes and two tube holders to fix two foldable tubes (31,32); a lens fame body (2) to which two objective lenses (51,52) are combined to maintain a specific distance therebetween and at which the foldable tubes are fixed; and the two foldable tubes which are installed between the eyepiece frame body and the lens frame body to be flexibly folded.
