PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit device including an input/output line is provided to improve a power mesh property of the semiconductor integrated circuit device by securing a power mesh line formation area. CONSTITUTION: Column selection signal lines (YI1-YI5) are extended in parallel with a fixed interval with one another. A local input/output line is arranged inside one space among the spaces corresponding to the intervals of the column selection signal lines. A high segment input/output line (SIO_2) is arranged to be overlapped on the local input/output line and on the upper part of the local input/output line bar. A power mesh line (LIO) is arranged inside a space where the local input/output line is not arranged among the spaces corresponding to the intervals of the column selection signal lines. |
